About Frank Grillo

Frank Grillo is an American actor celebrated for his intense action roles and authentic martial-arts foundation. He is widely known for portraying Brock Rumlow/Crossbones in the Marvel Cinematic Universe and, more recently, Rick Flag Sr. in Superman and Peacemaker. His standout work also includes leading roles in The Purge series, Warrior, The Grey, and the MMA drama Kingdom. A lifelong athlete, Grillo has trained extensively in boxing, wrestling, Muay Thai, and Brazilian jiu-jitsu, in which he holds a brown belt.
