Andrew Griffith is an American comic book artist who is best known for working on the Transformers franchise. For several years he was a regular series artist on the ongoing Transformers comic book series (previously known as Robots in Disguise) along with writer John Barber for IDW Publishing. He also provided artwork for Transformers live action movies prequel comics including Foundation and Defiance, provided covers for the Transformers: Best of UK reprint series and worked on numerous other Transformers projects for IDW Publishing including the Dark Cybertron miniseries. Andrew also provided artwork for comics at Titan comics.

Andrew has also provided Transformers art for Hasbro, animation and film creating storyboards, packaging and concept art. He has also worked on numerous licensed Transformers merchandising projects and created artwork for the DVD covers when the original G1 Transformers series was released on DVD by Shout! Factory.

In addition to Transformers, Andrew has worked on numerous other franchises including G.I. Joe, M.A.S.K., Micronauts, Visionaries, Highlander, Vampirella, Switchblade and Star Wars.

Andrew has worked on projects that made the New York Times Best Sellers List and have earned the coveted Eisner Award.

Having just finished a prequel comic series for the upcoming Bumblebee live action motion picture, Andrew is now working on pages for IDW’’s Unicron mini-series.

Andrew has appeared at conventions around the world including the United States, Canada, Japan, China, Germany, England, India and Australia, and is coming to New Zealand for the very first time for Armageddon Expo Wellington in 2019.
