Chaosium will be attending Armageddon for the first time this year. We look forward to meeting Kiwi Chaosium fans in Auckland this October! Chaosium will sharing a booth with our friends the amazing prop makers at TYPE 40, and we'll be running Call of Cthulhu and RuneQuest game demos throughout the show, as well as selling a range of our products.

EGYPT, 1924: A stone slab shifts unexpectedly, trapping the investigators in a tomb in the Valley of the Kings. Only then do the explorers discover that they might not be down here alone. Can you escape before doom engulfs you all?

The Necropolis is a one hour demo session offering players an introduction to the Call of Cthulhu tabletop RPG. Players will learn keep concepts of the game system.

Suggested age range is Teen 13+.
No experience required; will teach rules to new players.

Come and play Khan of Khans, our double Gold ENnie award-winning board game about stealing cows, set in Greg Stafford's mythic world of Glorantha (RuneQuest, King of Dragon Pass). Whoever ends up with the biggest herd is the winner and is acclaimed "Khan of Khans".

This is a fun and fast family game that takes minutes to learn, 20 minutes to play, and is suitable for all ages 8+. We will crown the winner of the tournament the "Khan of Khans" and they will win receive a free copy of the game!

Khan of Khans won the Gold award for Best Family Game and Gold award for Best RPG-Related Product at the 2018 Gen Con ENnie Awards.

Miskatonic University The Restricted Collection is our new push-your-luck, set collection card game set in the world of Call of Cthulhuby world-renowned game designer Reiner Knizia. Suitable for Ages 13 up, it is set in the treacherous and terrifying Restricted Collection of the Miskatonic University Library.

The game is easy to learn, takes 30 - 45 minutes, and features grimoires, elder signs, academic politics and madness. The winner of the tournament will receive an honorary doctorate from Miskatonic University, and a free copy of the game!
