2012 is here, the year of Armageddon!

HAMILTON and WELLINGTON

Kicking off the year will be our first ever Hamilton event at the Claudelands Arena on April 14/15th followed by our Wellington expo on April 21/22nd.

We have lots planned with new events, amazing celebrity guests and screenings.

We will be announcing the guest lineup over the next few weeks, with tickets for the expo going on sale on Feb 1st from Ticketek.

CHRISTCHURCH

Plans are also underway for the June 30/July 1st Christchurch event, featuring a special anime guest (sorry no media guests for Christchurch this year, maybe in 2013).

AUCKLAND

And then on to the massive Auckland event on October 19th to 22nd The Auckland expo will be a three day event (Back on Labour weekend) with a special preview night on the Friday 19th from 6pm until 9.30pm. The preview night will include the Burning man and masquerade Ball and access to the exhibitor floor for all attendees. We are working on a KILLER guest line-up, which so far consists of Stargate, Babylon 5, Supernatural and Leverage guests.

DUNEDIN

Due to the restructuring of Christchurch (due to the recent quakes) into a smaller event and the addition of Hamilton, there will be no Dunedin Anime con in 2012. We are keeping an eye on this and hope to bring a bigger event to Dunedin in 2013 (Possibly partnering with the Christchurch expo), time will tell.
